What is author supervision?
We provide a set of measures aimed at ensuring compliance of construction project documentation with the norms and rules of construction legislation. Our specialists carry out regular control over the progress of construction works, identify and record deviations from the project, and also provide recommendations for their elimination. Such control excludes inaccuracies and violations of design norms at the construction stage, as well as saves up time and money for elimination of these shortcomings at the commissioning stage.

We offer two options for author supervision:
Our engineers regularly visit the construction site (usually every 1-2 weeks) and carry out comprehensive control over the progress of the works.
Engineers visit the site at the request of the customer or builders. This option is more economical, but requires more active participation of the customer in the control process.
Which scheme to choose?
Choosing an author supervision scheme depends on your needs and budget. If you need the maximum degree of control over construction, we recommend choosing periodic visits by engineers. If you have a limited budget, you can take advantage of visits on request.
